Service Description

1) The reservation is for exclusive use of facility checked above. If you wish to reserve additional picnic tables, other than available, you must fill out a Picnic Tables Reservation Form. 2) Ferry Landing Park offers restroom facilities, pavilion, and grills. Chief Jansen Memorial Park offers restroom facilities and a pavilion. 3) Use of the parks is from 8:00 A.M. to 9:30 P.M. Please consider area residents, particularly during early morning and late evening use. 4) Motor vehicles are to be parked in designated areas only. Vehicles are not to be parked or driven off of roadway or on grass. 5) Absolutely no glass bottles are allowed in parks. 6) Alcohol is only permitted in the picnic area of Ferry Landing Park and Chief Jansen Memorial Park, and is not permitted near the beach at Ferry Landing Park. 7) Absolutely no alcohol can be consumed by anyone under the legal age. 8) Loud and unnecessary noise is prohibited. No person shall make or cause to be made any loud, disturbing, or unnecessary sounds or noises such as may tend to annoy or disturb another in or about any public street, alley or park, or any private residence. Bands and live music are not allowed 9) Pavilions and restrooms are cleaned prior to your event. Renter is responsible for cleaning up the park and disposing of all trash in the proper receptacles. 10) Fee is due at least fifteen (15) days prior to the date of the reservation. There is a $75 deposit, of which $5.00 is non-refundable if the reservation is canceled within five (5) business days of the reservation date. 11) You will be billed for any extra repairs to damaged property that is required due to your rental. 12) The applicant(s) must be onsite during the time that the park facility will be reserved. Applicant(s) acknowledge responsibility for assuring that under-age drinking does not occur. 13) Absolutely no campfires or fires of any kind, with the exception of cooking in grill receptacles, are allowed. Applicant(s) are responsible in extinguishing all embers and coals before leaving the area. Thank you for choosing our parks and for being courteous to the neighbors that live nearby! Please observe all park and Village regulations, including the legal age for consumption of alcoholic beverages. The Village of North Hudson reserves the right to cancel a park reservation at any time deemed necessary.
