Service Description

Outdoor Pickleball Courts Use Policy 1. General Use 1.1. Courts are open for public use during posted hours. Use of courts outside of these hours is prohibited. 1.2. Courts are available for reservation through northhudsonwi.gov. Walk-in players may use unreserved courts on a first-come, first-served basis. 1.3. Players must vacate courts promptly at the end of their reserved or allotted time. 2. Court Reservations 2.1. Court reservations must be made through the official website: northhudsonwi.gov. 2.2. Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation email or reference number. 2.3. Reserved courts will be held for 10 minutes past the reservation start time, after which they become available for walk-in players. 2.4. No-shows or late arrivals may result in forfeiture of the reservation. 3. Time Limits for Play 3.1. Reservations are limited to 1 hour per session. 3.2. Extensions may be requested if no other players are waiting or if additional court time is available. 4. Code of Conduct 4.1. All users must treat players, spectators, and staff with respect. 4.2. Loud or disruptive behavior, excessive noise, or inappropriate language is not tolerated. 4.3. Players must share courts fairly and avoid monopolizing facilities. 4.4. Pets, except for service animals, are not allowed on the courts. 5. Equipment and Court Maintenance 5.1. Only proper pickleball equipment (paddles, balls, nets, etc.) may be used on the courts. 5.2. Users must remove all trash, equipment, and personal items when leaving. 6. Prohibited Activities 6.1. Skateboarding, biking, or any non-pickleball activities are not permitted on the courts. 7. Enforcement 7.1. Violations of this policy may result in suspension or revocation of court access privileges. 7.2. Parks and Recreation staff or designated authorities reserve the right to enforce these rules and remove individuals who fail to comply. 8. Liability 8.1. Use of the pickleball courts is at your own risk. 8.2. The Village of North Hudson is not responsible for injuries, lost items, or damage to personal property. 9. Reservation Support 9.1.
